Local Traits
As described in the rules on character creation, PCs from the local region may select a local trait.
Action points
Player characters may spend action points to improve important rolls or unlock special abilities. Spent actions points are gone but when PCs advance to a new level, they gain action points. The campaign uses the action point rules of Unearthed Arcana.
